Accounting and Taxation

Accounting, tax and management support services are tailored to the needs identified for each client, depending on their resources and financial availability. In addition, our solutions are adapted to each client.

Company domiciliation

We offer co-working space and virtual office services, with access to registered business address, meeting rooms and desks. We also provide administrative support from virtual assistants, as well as access to photocopying and printing services in black and white and colour.

Training and personal development

We are a training organisation certified by DGERT (Directorate-General for Employment and Labour Relations) and therefore have an e-learning platform that allows us to design tailor-made training courses for our clients. We support companies in defining and implementing their training plans, as well as in recruitment and selection processes, using employment support measures (IEFP).

Consultancy in logistics and supply chain processes

Company valuation

Dulce Forte Consulting Group considers three valuation methods: The income approach: based on calculating the present value of the economic benefits expected to be obtained from the brand during its useful life; The market perspective: based on a comparison with the price paid by other buyers in the market for similar brands, whether in terms of brand strength, products and services marketed under that brand, or its economic and legal situation; The cost perspective: based on the amount invested in building the brand or the cost that a company would incur in rebuilding the brand from scratch.
